Elaine Capron- President of Capron and Associates LLC, a management consultant with more than 35+ years of experience in finance and over 10 years of experience as an Insurance Agent. She has extensive knowledge in Retirement Planning, Term, Universal Life and Index Universal Life Insurance Policies, New Business Planning and Development, Business Analysis, Personal and Corporate Taxes, and Non-Profit Internal Revenue Compliance.
Elaine’s ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores her ability to gain meaningful insight and follow-up thorough data analysis. She is particularly skilled at group facilitation and enjoys forging a consensus among people with diverging ideas and opinions.
Elaine has managed a broad array of projects in various industries ranging from financial services and health care, to education and philanthropy.
Elaine is attending Grand Canyon University’s to obtain her Doctorate degree in Organizational Development. She is a licensed Minister of the Gospel. She holds a Masters Degree in Education/Adult Training and Development and Bachelors Degree in Management.
Elaine obtained her training in tax preparation for both individual and corporate taxes in 1997 and her securities license and her Life, Health and Annuity License in 2007. Today, Elaine has a 215 license and is licensed in 13 states
